All rental rates apply only during regular business hours. Rental dates and times are subject to availability. Multi-day rental packages must be scheduled and confirmed in advance.

Independent renters operate their own businesses and are solely responsible for their clients, services, pricing, products, taxes, and business obligations.
Complete policies regarding cancellations, damages, cleanliness, studio access, guests, and professional conduct are provided in a separate rental agreement.
